Pixalum products are made to order and are dispatched usually within 3 – 6 weeks, or before if possible. If this is not possible, due to a high volume of orders, we will advise you by email.
We have a minimum order value of £200.00. Free postage for orders of 400.00+
If you are a new stockist, please firstly register on our trade contact form. Once you are established as a stockist, you can then place orders online using your own username and password.
Alternatively email your order to email@example.com. If you have not received a reply within 24 hours, please contact us to confirm if your order has been received.
The first order placed is on a pro-forma basis and products are dispatched once payment has been received. All quoted prices are in (£) Sterling. Payment will then be a standard 30 day invoice. Orders revert to a pro-forma payment basis if there are no orders for a year.
VAT is applicable at the current rate.
Payment only via BACS bank transfer.
Delivery and Postage
You can choose either 1st class signed for or Next day delivery when you place your order online and the price is worked out depending on weight. (Except orders of £400.00+ when postage is free of charge) Pixalum shall be under no liability for any delay in delivery or non-delivery due to circumstances beyond our control. If a parcel is found to be damaged in such a way that the Pixalum packaging itself is damaged, then we will replace the packing free of charge. If your order has not arrived, unless we have informed you of a delay, please contact us as soon as possible so we can endeavour to track your order.
At no cost to the retailer, Pixalum will replace or correct items damaged in transit provided we receive an e-mail informing us of the damage and the item is returned to Pixalum within 7 days of the package being signed-for. If you return items to us please inform us beforehand by email or telephone and let us know the date you will be returning items and also the courier you’ll be using.

If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Pixalum promises that we will treat your personal information as confidential and it will only be used to process orders, or, with your permission, to inform you of offers and news that may be of interest to you. We will not pass your personal information to any third party for any reason.

Representation and Specification of goods
Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of representation. However, sometimes a product may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photographic techniques. The limitations of colour display on your screen may change slightly the exact colour of the item being viewed. Your attention is drawn to the product description that accompanies each item. However, should you be dissatisfied with any items you have ordered then please contact us.
Selling our products
As an approved retailer you are permitted to sell the goods to consumers only at your specified location and on your own store branded website as discussed with us at the time of point of sale. Any changes to such locations and/or additional websites will require discussion and our prior written consent.
Pixalum warrants that any products supplied will correspond with any applicable specification at the time of delivery and will be free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is given subject to the following condition: Pixalum shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from willful damage, or alteration or repair of products. Where we have replaced defective products or products failing to meet specification, or refunded to you the price of such products (or the proportionate part of the price) Pixalum shall have no further liability.
